Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is shipped.

To ensure your gear lasts, we recommend following the care instructions on each product. Generally, wash activewear in cold water with like colors, avoid fabric softeners, and air dry when possible. For stainless steel bottles, hand wash with warm, soapy water, and avoid putting them in the dishwasher.
